5. Order Cancellation
Request for cancellations of orders once placed shall not be entertained. The company may cancel orders listed at incorrect prices regardless of payment status, with automatic refunds.
6. Delivery Errors by User
Users bear extra re-delivery costs resulting from wrong addresses or unavailable recipients.
7. Information Accuracy
Users must provide truthful information. False details permit service denial without notice. Users bear exclusive liability for credit card fraud.
8. Complaint Deadline
Rnaux Global shall not entertain any complaints after 15 days once the order is delivered.

This agreement is governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Haryana courts.
