Domestic Shipping

Rnaux provides FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA. Orders placed before 1pm on business days are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after 1pm ship the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders process on the following Monday or next working day.

Delivery timeframes may extend by one or more days to rural addresses. State governments may impose OCTORI duties on deliveries outside Delhi — these charges are beyond our control and cannot be reimbursed.

International Shipping

International packages ship via DHL or FedEx with approximately 5 to 7 days delivery time. Customers receive tracking information via email after shipment. Import duty or VAT charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours if showing “pending” status, minus 4% bank charges. Once marked “processed,” cancellation is not possible.

Replacement / Return Policy (Domestic — 7 Days)

Replacements are allowed within 7 days for items damaged in transit, manufacturing defects, or wrong items delivered. Excluded items include perishables, gift certificates, used/opened products, and items in altered condition.

Refund Policy

Full refund (100%): When products are unavailable or the vendor cannot ship on time.
Partial refund (90%): When the customer refuses a suitable and available replacement.

International Returns (15-Day Window)

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 15 days. Rnaux Global does not reimburse customs duties, brokerage fees, or taxes. Refunds process approximately two weeks after receipt of returned goods.
